30-day no-questions-asked refund. If you're not satisfied with CleanCrumbs Pro
for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date,
for any reason. No explanation required.
2. Major Failure (Australian Consumer Law)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if CleanCrumbs has a major failure — meaning the product:
- Does not perform its advertised core functions at all, or
- Has a significant, unfixable defect
— you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 14-day window. These are your legal rights and
cannot be waived.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@cleancrumbs.cloud with:
- Your purchase receipt or Stripe payment ID (included in your Stripe receipt email).
- The email address associated with your CleanCrumbs account.
- Optional: a brief note about the reason (helps us improve).
Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
4. What Is Not Refundable
After the 30-day window, one-time purchases are non-refundable unless:
- A major failure is demonstrated (see Section 2), or
- Required by Australian Consumer Law.
