1. Acceptance

By using CleanCrumbs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chisty Digital Forge (ABN 25 864 140 160).

2. Service Description

CleanCrumbs is a client-side data processing tool for sanitizing and validating lead lists before CRM import. All file processing occurs entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or have access to the files or data you process.

The service uses serverless functions for authentication (Clerk) and payment processing (Stripe). These functions handle only authentication tokens and payment confirmations — never file content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One license per user account. Sharing credentials to circumvent per-user licensing is prohibited.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

Anonymous tier: Available without account creation. Process files up to 3,000 rows each with no monthly limit. Files up to 10 MB. Standard sanitization only.

Free signed-in tier: Available to registered users at no cost. Process up to 30,000 rows per calendar month. Files up to 10 MB. Standard sanitization only. The monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month.

Pro tier (paid): One-time purchase. Lifetime access to all current features, including unlimited rows, all readiness scans, and files up to 500 MB.

The one-time purchase grants access to the features available at the time of purchase.
Future features may require an additional purchase or separate plan.
No subscription. No recurring fees.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE CORRECT OUTPUT FOR ALL DATA FORMATS, EDGE CASES, OR CRM REQUIREMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chisty Digital Forge shall not be liable for:

Data loss or data corruption resulting from use of the tool.
Business interruption or lost profits.
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
CRM import failures, errors, or rejections caused by the tool's output.

Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (i.e., the one-time purchase price, or $0 for free-tier users).

7. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you process. You warrant that you have the right to process the data you submit to the tool. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of original files before processing.

8. Intellectual Property

CleanCrumbs and its source code are proprietary to Chisty Digital Forge. User data (the files you process) remains your property at all times.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently. You may delete your account at any time via the account settings in the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes occur.
